EAM is authorised to manage investment funds (UCITS and AIF) in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic through its branch offices in accordance with § 37 InvFG 2011 (Art. 16 of Directive 2009/65/EG – UCITSD) and § 32 AIFMG (Art. 33 of Directive 2011/61/EU – AIFMD).
